Result Delivery
The work result is delivered electronically: via a published website link, repository, archive, admin panel access, cloud storage, or another agreed channel.
Electronic delivery of the result is free of charge: free.
After completion and approval, the result is delivered within 1 business day unless the parties agree otherwise.
Cancellation and Return
Before work begins, the client may contact ITWEBS to cancel the request or update the project terms.
After individual work has started, refunds are not provided unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires it.
Warranty improvements, bug fixes, and acceptance terms are defined by the agreement for the specific project.
